“My recent experience was excellent! Scott and Jesse were very accommodating in fitting the repairs on my LJ into their very busy shop schedule. I had a trip already scheduled before I did some damage on a local trail so I was anxious to get the repairs made as soon as possible. I dropped the car off in Frisco and Jesse proceeded to do a great job of providing me with a very detailed estimate of the total cost of the required repairs on my LJ in advance. He kept me informed as the work progressed and informed me of a few minor changes along the way (ball joint brand change). I was given a timeline and a completion date for this work and between Jesse and his shop personnel, all of the work was completed as scheduled. When I picked up my car, I was given a very detailed review of the bill and the final price was almost exactly the amount in the initial estimate I was given in advance. Though I’m not looking forward to doing any more damage to my LJ which would then require more repairs, I’ll absolutely return to Specialized when this “new” damage inevitably occurs!!!”
